We’re now looking for a Finance Manager to join our team—someone who can help us lay solid financial foundations, enhance visibility across projects, and contribute strategically to our ongoing growth.

The Opportunity

This is more than a traditional finance role. You’ll work closely with our leadership and operations teams to build robust financial systems that align with our expansion goals. It’s a hands-on position with real impact—perfect for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and being part of a forward-thinking company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day financial activities across the business, especially project-related.
  • Lead cash flow management to maintain healthy liquidity and stability.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts for departments and projects.
  • Analyse production/workshop costs to identify efficiencies and drive profitability.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with production and operations to align finances with real-world delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide clear financial insights and reporting to support business decisions.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in financial management—ideally in manufacturing, interiors, or related sectors.
  • A strong grasp of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control.
  • Proficiency in Sage 50 and ideally LiveCosts (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and commercial awareness.
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • A lean mindset, and a can do attitude.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
